The Life Cycle of a Phenomenon is often marked by distinct phases.

1. The Grand Vision

A dominant personality or coaches present a new and transcendent idea that promises a solution for alienated and vulnerable people.

Thus we find ourselves. They’re getting ready to challenge the establishment in Australia. The gunships are circling. Smoke is rising from the out-houses. Movement founders promise a fresh beginning, a brighter tomorrow, support, redemption within a community with shared faith in the method.

What did it represent at first? A team united basking in glory. Ink. Muscles. Focus. Confident masculinity. Admittedly, England’s players will claim they don’t use the label, ironically because if it doesn’t exist, what was that spectacle?

Yet it’s clear its essence. It’s Harry Brook playing a shot so depraved it defies description. 3. The Growth Phase
